Adderall Telemedicine Services Reviews

Quick Summary

1). Klarity ADHD

Review:  Klarity ADHD provides quality, evidence-based diagnostic services for adults struggling with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and still provides stimulant-based prescriptions like Adderall. However, getting Adderall prescribed from Klarity still requires thorough diagnosis & might NOT be as easy as it sounds. Their team comprises a diverse group of specialists committed to helping clients start on the road to recovery.

While other telemedicine services like Cerebral responded to media backlash by discontinuing stimulant-based prescriptions, Klarity may assist you in getting an accurate diagnosis with professional diagnostic assessment tools and experts and help in getting Adderall, when seeking support for ADHD symptoms and related disorders.

2. CircleMedical

Review: CircleMedical writes prescriptions for controlled substances like Adderall. Once accepted as a patient, you can use their video visits system to purchase drugs online. This clinic prescribes low doses for most treatments. They will not accept anyone previously prescribed more than 60mg/day of Adderall or other stimulants by another physician.

If you don’t have a diagnosis yet, they will require two separate video appointments before you get prescribed meds that are compatible with your individual needs. Not many reviews are available, but overall seem to be a legitimate telemedicine company.

3. Ahead

If you live in the following states, we recommend you look into booking an appointment online with Ahead, the leading provider of online ADHD diagnosis and treatment.

*These two states currently have Primary Care Physicians, not Psychiatric Specialists. In addition to treating mild to moderate ADHD, they’re also able to offer treatment beyond mental health.

Ahead is still expanding their operations (rapidly). But if you don’t see your state on the list above, and you really don’t want to wait a few months for them to be in your state, you still may be in luck.

Start off by filling out a ten minute online questionnaire to share your history and get set up with a diagnostic appointment with a board-certified health provider. You can do this part from the comfort of your own home.

If you’re a good fit, you’ll meet with one of their expert clinicians for a 60-75 minute health diagnosis in one of their clinics*. If they deem that an ADHD prescription could, in fact, help you out, this is also when they’d prescribe you one.

All set, prescription-wise! You’ll get free, at-home delivery within 1-2 days. (Comin’ for ya, Amazon!) It comes in discreet packaging and does require a signature (which makes sense, given the nature of these drugs).

Follow-up appointments and sessions can be done anytime, online or at one of their brick-and-mortar Ahead clinics. These cost less than the initial 60-75 minute session and are not necessary.

*Note that for as long as the HHS deems we are in a Public Health Emergency, your first visit will be done virtually. Later on, your insurance (if you have insurance) may request that you meet with one of Ahead’s doctors at a physical location for one of your sessions.

Which prescriptions does Ahead offer for ADHD, anxiety, and depression?

The question everyone’s probably asking right now: Can Ahead prescribe Adderall?

The answer is yes, Ahead can prescribe Adderall when it makes sense to. It’s actually one of the more commonly prescribed drugs out there to treat ADHD. But signing up for Ahead doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be prescribed Adderall. Just because you may have heard that it’s an effective treatment does NOT mean that it’s some one-size-fits-all solution.

Meet with your doctor, discuss your symptoms and any pre-existing conditions, and they’ll make a diagnosis they believe is best fit for you. Trust the process!

4. Done ADHD

If you find yourself on the following list, we recommend you give Done ADHD a shot. Based on our team’s research and conversations with customers, they’re the second leading provider of online ADHD treatment. They may end up being a bit more expensive than Ahead in the long run because of their pricing structure, but they’re still a great option.

If you don’t see your state listed in either of the lists above, don’t sweat it. Both companies are expanding operations rapidly, so there’s a good chance you’ll find yourself covered within the next few months.

Done ADHD, a tech company at heart, specializes in personalized medication management. Through embracing telemedicine, they set you up with their team of psychiatrists who will diagnose your symptoms and craft a long-term treatment plan to help you tackle your ADHD head-on. They’ll walk you through what, exactly, it is that you’re feeling, what actions you can take to feel well again, prescribe medications as necessary, and adjust dosages over the long-term.

In a recent blog post, Done states, “Stimulants are the most commonly used treatment for ADHD and have proved to be incredibly helpful for some people, there are other options.”

They go on to write about non-stimulants, like Wellbutrin and Strattera, as being effective treatments for ADHD.

And for folks who would rather steer clear of medications altogether, Done can help you confront your ADHD through diet, vitamin supplementation, and mindfulness exercises. They also offer patients more holistic treatment approaches when medications don’t make sense, which is a great, unique offering.
