Genf20 plus review

About Genf20 Plus- Is this a good HGH product on the market?

Different people are looking for different results with HGH supplements and will find those results in different products.

For example, for anti-aging, usually antioxidants like Coenzyme Q-10, Resveratrol etc. is a good product and has a large following; however the best anti-aging products on the market will work on ALL 7 mechanisms that can be used to influence more HGH production in the body.

7 mechanisms to increase HGH through supplements

Our body’s endocrine system is quite complex and dynamic. God has given us such an intricate and complex system that even after years of research, scientists have not been able to fully understand.

Like, for example in some cases, they observe that a drug compound produces a certain hormonal effect in the body, however they don’t know the exact mechanism why it happens.

An example of this is the drug modafinil which is a motivational drug and supposedly increases “dopamine” in the body, however some scientists claim it works by influencing other neurotransmitters ie. norepinephrine and histamine.

When it comes to increasing “growth hormone” in the body, here are some of the pathways or mechanisms which can be influenced while using supplements. The best hGH supplement would be one that influences and works by all of the following mechanisms.

  • 1) Amino acids pathway

As we know, hGH is a peptide hormone comprising of several amino acids. So, when we consume lots of amino acids, we are giving the body a signal to produce more of hGH. Amino acids like L-Arginine, L-Ornithine, L-Lysine, L-Tyrosine, L-Glutamine, L-Glycine, L-Valine all give this signal to the body.

That is the reason why intravenous injections of amino acids were documented to increase human growth hormone dramatically.

Does Genf20 Plus contain Amino acids? :- Yes

  • 2) Dopaminergic pathway

Studies confirm that dopamine acts as a modulating (balancing) hormone in the brain and protects and enhances the pituitary function of the brain.

The biggest benefit of dopamine though is that it’s a powerful growth hormone booster.

Interestingly, it’s also connected to testosterone in men. Insufficient dopamine protection of the anterior pituitary gland can also result in hypogonadism in men, reducing their libido, minimizing their manufacturing of sperm and quite possibly leading to erectile dysfunction.

Does Genf20 Plus contain Dopamine boosting compounds? Yes, it has L tyrosine and Alpha GPC.

  • 3) Balancing “warming” and “cooling” neurotransmitters pathways

In their book Balance Your Brain, Balance Your Life, neurologist, Dr. Jay Lombard and preventative medicine specialist Dr. Christian Renna have given enough scientific proof that our health, energy and happiness are considerably impacted by our very own human brain equilibrium of “warming” and “cooling” neurotransmitters.

Dopamine, noradrenalin (norepinephrine), acetylcholine and glutamate are the major “warming” neurotransmitters (NTs), while serotonin and GABA are the chief “cooling” NTs.

Further these experts observe that “warming” NTs are dominating in the daytime, and the “cooling” alternatives predominate at night.

Studies now confirm that for optimum growth hormone release form the pituitary, the warming and cooling NTs in the body should be balanced.

Does Genf20 Plus contain “warming” and “cooling” neurotransmitters ? Yes, it has Phosphatidylcholine, Alpha GPC and GABA.

  • 4) Inhibition of somatostatin or “Cholinergic” pathway

Somatostatin is what regulates the negative feedback loop of pituitary GH release.

So, if an HGH supplement contains Somatostatin suppressing compounds, it releases more HGH.

So by taking a choline supplement (to get acetylcholine) like “Alpha GPC” or “Phosphatidyl Choline”, you can modify the pituitary response of discharging more HGH by suppressing Somatostatin WHEN THE SECRETAGOGUE IS ALREADY INFLUENCING PITUITARY TO PRODUCE HGH.

Does Genf20 Plus have somatostatin suppressing compounds? Yes, it has “Alpha GPC” and “Phosphatidyl Choline”.

  • 5) IGF-1 pathway – Genf20 Plus has Deer antler velvet
  • 6) Insulin and blood sugar pathway – Genf20 Plus has Chromium
  • 7) Cortisol pathway – Genf20 Plus has L tyrosine

In my analysis, GenF20 Plus happens to be the only HGH supplement in the market influencing all the 7 mechanisms to enhance HGH simultaneously.

Bottomline on Genf20 Plus ingredients : Why I recommend Genf20 Plus over other HGH products in the market?

GenF20 Plus contains many of the same amino acids that aid in HGH release and production, just like other products like Ageless Foundation Ultra Max, HGH Factor etc, but in addition, it also contains ingredients that many of these products in the market miss like Alpha GPC and Deer Antler Velvet.

Studies have shown that Deer Antler Velvet extract can help increase the growth of cells as well as produce anti-tumor and anti-viral benefits for the body. It contains IGF or insulin like growth factor, which works along with growth hormone to fight the aging process.

Russian doctors all the way back in 1974 found the benefits of deer antler velvet for athletes. It helped them improve the athletes’ workout abilities and gain more muscle, although in today’s age anyone can use it to improve fitness and fight against aging.

GenF20 Plus also has this stuff called Colostrum. This is a substance produced in the mammary glands of mammals before they give birth. It improves your immune system, fights aging, increases the body’s ability to quickly heal itself, and increases bone mass and lean muscle. GenF20 Plus uses Bovine Colostrum, which is very similar to human Colostrum except that it contains extra nutrients and antibodies that have very beneficial effects on the human body.

Both, “Deer antler velvet” and “Colostrum” act by stimulating the HGH-IGF-1 pathway and are excellent for anti aging.

Phosphatidyl Choline is added to GenF20 Plus to help your body absorb all the other great ingredients that are packed in the supplement. It also disintegrates fat deposits in your body that would otherwise cause gallstones, heart disease, atherosclerosis, memory loss, neurological disorders, depression and liver problems.

Phosphatidyl Choline does a lot to keep your brain healthy, which is important not only because that is where HGH is produced, but also because the brain is what controls your body’s ability to function, your weight, and how youthful you should be in case you weren’t aware of that.

This supplement can help with dementia, memory loss and cognitive impairment. That makes it a great substance that helps to keep your mind as youthful as your body looks.

There are several anti aging benefits of Phosphatidylcholine, often touted as the new wonder drug. It is the most abundant phospholipid component in all cells and is notably significant in keeping the brain cells healthy, so much so, that it is often given to people with brain related problems – dementia, memory loss, cognitive impairment etc.

Interestingly, Phosphatidylcholine also works to enhance HGH via cholinergic pathway. This compound is also incredibly useful for your liver, so reinforcing the old saying that your mind and guts are “connected”.

HGH is produced in the pituitary gland in the brain, and the gamma aminobutyric acid or GABA that is in GenF20 Plus signals to the pituitary gland that it needs to produce more HGH.

By combining GABA with Phosphatidyl Choline, you are ensuring that this area of the brain is not only producing HGH, but also that it is healthy and working properly.

In addition to regulating hormone production, the hypothalamus-pituitary area of the brain also controls body temperature and sleep cycles, both of which are essential to your overall health.

Getting a good night’s sleep is another secret to staying young, and GABA helps you achieve that. During those hours of deep sleep, your body produces more HGH, so it’s important to squeeze in those sleep hours to get that HGH into your system.

All of those wonderful benefits work together to ensure that your mind is functioning properly. Since HGH is produced in the brain, by having a healthy brain, you are setting up the rest of your body for success. Also, while you can get each of these supplements as individual capsules to take on a regular basis, GenF20 Plus provides all these nutrients packed into one little pill.

For the GenF20 Plus system, you would take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night every day. Each pill has an enteric coating, so the essential ingredients are protected from stomach acid.

This allows more of these nutrients to be absorbed into your system as opposed to being broken down prematurely.

Many other hgh products in the market don’t have this coating, so many of those ingredients aren’t even absorbed into your system.

In addition to the pills, the system includes an oral spray. Now, most oral HGH sprays on their own are not very effective and should be avoided if possible. However, the Alpha GPC Oral Spray that is included with the GenF20 Plus system is used in conjunction with the pills and is effective.

The spray helps increase brain function, so it’s by more than just athletes and body builders who are interested in the HGH benefits. It can be beneficial for people with Alzheimer’s or depression without a ton of nasty side effects.

Alpha GPC causes the brain to release more dopamine and suppress somatostatin(which reduces HGH) into the body, which results in feelings of wellness, a more active libido, and more motivation in your everyday life. It can help you release more HGH during your workouts to give you that extra energy and extra oomph to push through harder workouts which in the long run will save your time on seeing your results.

When you are choosing a product to go with, you want proof that it actually works. Listening to other people’s accounts of how a product worked for them is all fine and dandy.

However those people aren’t doctors and the way that drug affected them could be drastically different from how it affects you. GenF20 Plus is one of the few products out there that has not only gone through a clinical study, but that clinical study is available to the public to see.

You can find the review on the official website of GenF20 Plus and see that the information that they provide to you about benefits and what the product does has scientific proof behind it. It’s much more assuring to you as a customer, knowing that the product you are getting is tested and safe.

Are there any side effects?

GenF20 Plus doesn’t have any serious known side effects. Amino acids like L-Lysine and L-Arginine in large doses can cause nausea and upset stomach. However, this is mainly if you are “mega-dosing” the amino acids.

Most HGH products like GenF20 Plus don’t use high dosing of amino acids in each serving. That is why you take multiple pills during the day. This spreads out the intake of amino acids so that you don’t feel sick from taking so much at once. The other ingredients included in both products are very safe and also do not cause any serious side effects.

Just because there are no known side effects doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be careful when starting these supplements. Keep your doctor up to date on your progress and have him or her monitor your vitals, just to be sure that these products aren’t having a negative effect on your insides.

Other HGH supplements vs Genf20 Plus :- So what’s the bottom line?

The bottom line is that there are plenty of people out there that will swear by the anti-aging supplement they are taking. Any run of the mill HGH supplement on the market usually has a hefty list of amino acids that can do a lot of benefits for the human body.

However, usually it isn’t all it’s cracked up to be and it usually misses on some of the crucial ingredients and mechanisms to enhance HGH for anti aging.

In my analysis, Genf20 Plus is very different than other products out there, specifically GenF20 Plus, that can do all that other HGH products can and then some for the same price or even less.

GenF20 Plus focuses on brain function, which leads to the rest of your body becoming healthy as well. HGH is produced in the brain, so it only makes sense to start there.

You’ll have more energy, you’ll be able to gain more lean muscle, your libido will increase, and your mind will be sharper.

The clinical trial on the company’s website can give you more specific information about the results people have received from using GenF20 Plus, but the bottom line is that big brand names in HGH supplement industry has some big shoes to fill with newer and more scientifically proven products coming out on the market.

Note:- The study did not measure for a direct increase in HGH.

I’m going to be disturbingly candid. I’m not “proud” yet I’m not ashamed either of some choices that have irrevocably altered my life. I’m not sure what I was doing to increase all of these naturally at the age of 43 but by 45 I’d gone from 105-110 and because of anxiety always struggled to keep wgt on to 148lbs, determined to maintain a healthy core to reduce complications from a nasty car acct(driver was texting, hit my stopped car at 50mph). All the benefits and more occurred naturally for me. Then I met a malignant narcissist whom I now know was hired by my ex, end result planned was a complete psychological break resulting in suicide. It’s extreme but he’s extremely sick, hence the divorce 15yrs prior. FFW and I’m skimming the still painful and tbh my inability to focus enough to write the entire “Only in Hollywood” events that transpired. Which would greatly help me in separating actual events, contrived events, development of a minute timeline(an innate ability that has usually caused nothing but grief) along with another one, reading body language the same as one would words. My downfall is I don’t know how to “let it go” too many open files in a mind full of file cabinets. It’s odd I understand but it’s me in a nutshell. I’m fascinated by the “why” of someone’s reaction, hesitation, unexplainable fear, values or lack there of. Out of all the species on this planet Humans and some primates are the only ones who require care and nurturing to survive. Have to be taught how to live. Indigenous? Maybe. Maybe not. BUT, stupidly a drug was introduced bk into my life that I’d had a 3 month run with 12yrs prior. To this day even though I realize w/o it the plan wouldn’t have worked for long yet I’m also scared shitless that my ex was able to calculate the severity of my reaction almost to his desired end. He almost succeeded. I ended up losing everything, Kids, home, career, car, my storage, family, lifelong friends, and this is the most terrifying loss of them all, Me. My ability to connect to emotions I know I’m supposd to feel. To react in the manner I know is expected. I now have C-PTSD, along with general anxiety, clinical depression, panic attack, and there are times hours (8-10) and I’m at a loss to explain where I was or what I was doing. As you guys are probably more than aware PTSD affect the thalamus. If untreated dramatically reduces memory potentially causing permanent damage or even resulting in rapidly progressive dementia..My best friend and unwavering supporter, my Mom, died of complications due to it on 02/27/2011. Anxiety, depression, low weight, terrible diet, osteoporosis, recovered alcoholic, heavy smoker and 2-3pots of coffee daily and sleeping habits. That was her lifestyle. I’m clean and sober, yet my body feels as if I’ve aged 20
Yrs. kidney stones, infections, body’s temperature gauge is broken, my aches and pains are so out of the ordinary yet debilitating on some levels. Yet my biggest concern and greatest mountain to climb is this constant brain fog. My youngest, has come bk home he’s 13. Being a Mom means more than I have words to describe and considering I’ve 4 but only 2 speak to me. My desperation will defeat me without any positive signs to reign it in. My question…in your professional opinion will this product produce the necessary “lift” that no drug on the market has. to help “lift” me up (temporarily), till I can either stand on my own or at least know what paths I should consider. Every Dr I’ve seen says the same…it’ll clear with time…it
hasn’t and my inability to focus is undermining my desire to move forward. It’s like slowly suffocating. I can’t explain what it took to just want to get better much less believe in myself enough to try. Redundant. That’s what I need to overcome.
